Sent my sky broadband router back with my puck in the puck packaging box

I've moved your post from the Sky Q board as it's not Sky Q related. You'll need to call Sky when the lines open in the morning and explain what you have done. Hopefully you kept your proof of posting as Sky may wish to confirm that the hub has been returned before dispatching a replacement.
