Sky equipment returned but still charged

Hi,  I have been charged for equipment that has been returned.  I had a virtual chat with an agent over a month ago and provided tracking number and the said they would arrange a credit/refund.  I have not received anything yet.

Am I in the right place for someone to contact me about this?
