I am trying to change my payment method. However, Sky doesn't seem to like my Halifax Mastercard. How do I get around this?

It means it won't accept it and comes up with an error message

It says:
Something's gone wrong. Please try again later.
All very vague. Nothing wrong with the credit card, as it works on other websites. And the payment page on Sky works, as I've added another credit card to it.
Is there a phone number I can ring that has someone on the other end of it who knows what they're doing?
