Sky credit after leaving sky

Hi I left sky a couple of months ago and have credit on my account. Please can you advise how I get this back, is it automatic as it seems to have been there for weeks. Many thanks

It should be repaid automatically to your bank within 6 weeks of the date your services ended, providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit. Or you can request a manual refund within 5 days. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request it.
