Close my account

I've given up trying to speak with people on the other side of the world and struggling to understand a word. Can anyone tell me how I can use my Sky account to give notice to close me account in 31 days?

If it is available then there is a messaging service you could use to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
