Sky complaint about payments

Waiting on a call back regarding a complaint I made about sky taking payments on 2 different occasions from a bank account not linked to sky

@Brianbunch , unfortunately, that doesn't matter. By using your friend's card even just the once, it does mean that Sky do have those payment details on record, which means it's possible it would be used as per the T&Cs.

Ok, do you have a question?  In case you're not aware this is a custimer helps customer community not Sky Customer services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You must have given Sky these bank details. The contract you agreed to allows Sky to take money they're owed from any account that you've given them details of. Your complaint doesn't sound valid.
