EE will charge you to use voice calling over Sky Broadband, if that's what's happening.

I have always been with EE for my mobile phone, my house phone I believe is with my Sky account I do not recognise the charge on my account in relation to my bill as part of my usage.

If you use EE as your mobile provider then did you purchase the handset from Sky?
If you use Sky as your provider then did you purchase the phone from EE?
Chances are the charge is for the phone.

I purchased my phone from an EE store and accepted a package with the phone Please excuse my ignorance as an elderly person I only use for any requirement that appears I do not over use it beyond the original package I cannoy understand how the mix with Sky comes in unless it is attached to the sky system wifi when I am in my house if this is the case I would be grateful for any information as it is getting very confusing to think that I am getting something wrong.
