My sky broadband payment always gets paid on the 20th of every month but this month they took the payment, sent it back and my bill said £0.00 (took a screenshot in case and luckily I did) now today they took out more than my bill amount and have put me in overdraft even though I got that removed, what should I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou post is a little confusing. As the 20th April was a Saturday any payment wouldn't have been processed until at least Monday 22nd. Do you pay be direct debit? If so could the extra payment (you haven't said how much it was) be a late payment fee?
If you have a Direct Debit set up and the payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will automatically attempt it again 10 calendar days later which might be today, the 30th.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Grahamf1987 I can't imagine that Sky would take back payment of a bill that was due. More likely payment was bounced by your bank. If that was the case, Sky would seek payment again 10 days later which would indeed be today. And today's payment might well include a late payment fee which would make it higher than normal.
Your bill is updated to say £0.00 when Sky first attempt to take payment - on the 20th in your case. It gets updated later to say the bill was not paid by your bank.
