Sky broadband bill
Good morning we spoke to someone about out broadband bill being £82.00 as there was a charge for not receiving the old broadband we didn't get the box to send it back till late which is why it ended up being a day later getting to you. The person we spoke to said he would have the bill adjusted and the charge taken off and this hasn't happened can you please advise why this hasn't happened please as I would like the £52.00 charge taken off considering the problems we have had with the broadband

Hi @MelanieJenkins as this is a community of other Sky customers we can't say for sure. However the likelihood is that the return just hasn't been processed yet. Hopefully you have kept the tracking number for when you returned the equipment, as if you call Sky up and give them the tracking number they will be able to check to see if the third party provider they use to returns did indeed receive the equipment.
