Sky bill

Hello 

 

I moved country and it was too expensive to cancel my sky as was in a contract so all I could do is go on the minimum package per month and cancel in a few months time but I got an email saying something about the direct debit and I was wondering, what that is because obviously I dont use sky now so I don't know what's going on.

Non-return of hardware perhaps?  Did you actually cancel?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

No I couldn't cancel as you were going to charge me a crazy price, I returned what was needed to be returned, I had to down grade go cheapest package for a year as that was only way I could cancel, so not sure what the charge is?

What did the email actually say about your direct debit ?
