Sky bill
Hi I'm a new customer to sky, and basically still waiting for my broadband to be installed as of today, they've sent my sky stream box out to setup which I did setup using my phone hotspot but I only used it to set up and then turned it off.
that's not my concern, my concern is I had an amount of £45 taking out of my bank
today for 'Sky Tv' was aware they take the bill early but not as early as this I haven't even got my broadband setup yet to even stream the sky stream bix got delivered about a week ago and now
£45 out of my bank what can I do?

Re: Sky bill
Billing for Sky Stream does start 21 days after delivery as you can read about here:

If you setup your Sky Stream puck by connecting it to your phone hotspot then you have activated the service which is why you have started to be charged for it. Billing starts when the service is activated which is either done when you setup the puck or 21 days after delivery, whichever happens first.
