Sky bill
I changed my mind about Sky Glass package and decided to revert to SkyQ. The Sky Glass TV had already been delivered however. Sky agreed to let me keep the TV set and to pay it off which I have been doing. My problem now is I can't see the repayments on my bill. I want to know when it will be paid off. Finding it difficult to speak to a human being.

Why can't you see it on your bill, what is happening when you try to view it ?

I can see the different components of the bill but can't see anything about the TV.

When did you have Sky Q installed after cancelling Sky Glass ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
