Sky bill payment

Hi

 

On my sky bill its saying to make payment and add payment details again. 

 

But then further down it says it will be carried over to next bill

 

Please advise as I can't afford to make full payment i owe

It looks like it has been carried over to your next bill so what does that shows as you should see a "balance brought forward" for that £82.50 on it, so do you see this ?

It still shows as normal bill currently

 

Im confused as it also says this at top of page currently

That second image was rejected as it shows your account number. Feel free to block that out and resubmit.

My bill still shows as the same

 

But at top it says add payment details

What issue are you having, as the image in the first post shows that an outstanding balance has been added to the next bill so is this what has happened with your bill ?
