Sky app

Is it me or is the sky billing app absolutely useless. I have just handed over a huge amount of cash to these people and after making the payment 3 days ago in the app it says I have not made payment. Why is this? Unfortunately as sky uses a Indian call center which is beyond useful and more useless I can not get a intelligent answer or resolve. If a UK based staff member reads these posts I would be happy to continue dialogue with you.
