Hi
I'm having a problem with my Sky account. I can sign in OK, but when I try to view my products, bills, or services status I get either an error message or a blank page.
This hasn't caused me great problems in the past as much of the info can be seen on the TV but I recently had an upgrade to Sky Cinema include paramount plus but I cannot activate my account as it doesn't recognise that I have an active contract.
This is very frustrating as I have tried to talk with customer support but they've not been able to help, and don't seem to recongise that there is a problem with the account configuration at Sky's end.
Hoping someone can help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I'm not sure if anyone was able to do anything, but I've now got my bills showing and Paramount plus working so there's no need for any further follow up

I am having exactly the same issue with sky.com and viewing my subscription details online (plus linking to Paramount+). Could you explain how this was resolved for you please?
