Hi
I'm having a problem with my Sky account. I can sign in OK, but when I try to view my products, bills, or services status I get either an error message or a blank page.
This hasn't caused me great problems in the past as much of the info can be seen on the TV but I recently had an upgrade to Sky Cinema include paramount plus but I cannot activate my account as it doesn't recognise that I have an active contract.
This is very frustrating as I have tried to talk with customer support but they've not been able to help, and don't seem to recongise that there is a problem with the account configuration at Sky's end.
Hoping someone can help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
