Sky account in credit after leaving

Hi

 

I cancelled all Sky products at the end of May and my account is showing a credit of £52.68.

The message says that thsi credit will go towards future bills but of course there will be no future bills.

How do I go about chasing repayment?

@ElinorJ You will have to call Sky, the escalation process here that we would normally recommend is offline for a few weeks.
