Looking to cancel Sky but won't accept Postcode after logging in ??

Hi @Argonath   You cannot cancel on-line, you need an interactive session with Sky so they can check your identity and not a malicious partner or scammer and are the account holder.

Well aware how to cancel my services however need access to see my bills etc prior to getting in touch with them.
