Incentive voucher

I signed up for Sky Broadband several months ago now. I was promised a £75 voucher by the sales guy. I didn't receive anything despite numerous phone calls and promises of an email being sent to me. Fast forward to today and I spoke to someone helpful on the phone who sent an email straight through to me with a link to claim my reward voucher. I have clicked the link and it took me to a Sky page saying "it looks like you have already claimed this voucher". I haven't! So still no voucher. Can anyone help please?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
