Sky Vip
I have been a Sky Vip for at least 5 Years but the My Sky App now tells me I can't joon Sky VIP right now!

Have there been any changes to your account recently like a home address move or perhaps changing from Sky Q to Glass or Stream ?

Yes but I still have mobile tv and broadband..

So what change was it, you moved from Sky Q to Sky stream is this what happened ?

I have now contacted Sky and they have resolved the issue which was created because I have two seperate accounts with them following changes to my packages in March this year.
