Sky VIP no longer of worth

Sky VIP is now a joke. It is in no way a benefit anymore so I'll be leaving at the end of my contract anyway after many years with Sky Mobile. I'm just curious as to why this decision was made, it's been a noticeable reduction of added value to the customer, who signed this off in marketing??

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. As V.I.P. is at no extra charge customers are free to take advantage of any offers, competitions etc they want to. Sky won't respond to your post on here.

Do you have a question for your fellow customers.

If you don't find it value then leave (as you are).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That wasn't my question, not very helpful but thanks for taking time out of your day to answer.
