As title said, given free buy & keep movie. By VIP. Downloade put in saved movies gone to watch couple days later it has been deleted. No sign of movie. Have the email confirming purchase cost £0.00 . Nothing. Also says contract running out from what I see not running out until Jan 2027 is this usual to remind so early?
