Sky VIP for Norton

is anyone else having problems with the free Norton VIP award. The link they send me takes me to my old account which wants to charge me.

Hi @Jason- I have a similar issue. I redeemed the offer in the Sky VIP app and it emailed me a link which I used but despite all the notes saying it wouldn't charge me, it did and put me on a reoccurring subsription. I have managed to get this cancelled with Norton but can't find any way to get the free offer? I have always had issue with my Sky account due an old legacy account from years ago so maybe linked to that but anything you can do to help?

When I say 'notes' I mean all the advice in the Sky VIP app.
