Sky VIP email

I've been with sky for over 20 years so in that time my email has changed.

The sky VIP rewards keeps defaulting to an email that I've not had access to for more than 10 years.

I've entered ballots that I now realise have gone to the old email address that I have no access to. I've checked my sky account and my current email is what's entered.

How can I get my sky VIP default email for ballot entries to be changed? Also, how would I know if I've won a ballot if I don't have access to the old email?

@Altreasurer

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Re: Sky VIP email

Thank you - it's the same as posted here.

I have changed my email address and the new one is showing in all my account details, however SkyVIP information is being sent to my old email address.
