Sky VIP code for free Paramount + trial not working

Sky VIP offered 12 month free trial for Paramount +.  I registered but the code provided by Sky has not worked.

On checking with Paramount + Customer care they advised the code is invalid and Sky must provide me with a new one?

Has this has happened to anyone else, any idea how to get it resolved i.e. who should I contact in Sky to get a new code, us this even possible?

Is the offer still showing for you in the app, if so have a read through the terms and conditions to see if it says anything about how to contact Sky should you have an issue.

The offer is still available, must be redeemed by October. 

In the small print it only refers to contacting Paramount if any issues arise.  I followed that suggestion and received the instruction to contact Sky as the code provided in the offer was invalid.

There is no reference to an occurrence of an invalid code in the T&Cs unfortunately.

Thanks for sharing the link.  I had found that earlier but came to the Community this evening as that service is not available again until Monday.  I was wondering  if someone had a similar issue and had it resolved or not.

A little patience required on my part I guess!!  But would still like to hear from anyone who had a similar issue and to confirm if they were able to resolve the issue.

Thank you again for the assistance. 

When I follow the link it provides a SMS and WhatsApp messaging option.  These are only available from Mon to Fri.

I am based in the ROI, so wonder if you are UK based and might explain the difference?

Exactly the same here. Fell over at the payment stage last week. Tried again today and the link doesn't trigger an offer at all. Presumably they think it has been used.

Rang sky and they were useless. Forwigncalk centre had no idea what I was talking about and told me there was no such offer. Utterly useless.

Just tried to redeem the offer. Got through the acceptance stage and got an account registered. However when I went to fill in the credit card details it kicked me out. Tried a couple of times still with the same result. Eventually phoned my bank and they said that Paramount + is having issues with the credit cards of people in the U.K. just now . Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.

Ive also just recived 6mths free. Click link set up paramount account, went to payment details,put address and card details in. Clicked apply code which was already on there click buy now. Went processing, then come up bank approve details. Log in bank confirm details go back to app and before i could click bank approve it dissapeared came up processing, then came up bank card invaild. Twice done that, then the 3/4 time tryed after confirm with bank and went back it app my address and card details disapeared and form went back to just my name and the code.. contact sky customers services explained, he took my details then said to me hes now locked out of my account.  To fone back to log into my account
