Sky VIP offered 12 month free trial for Paramount +. I registered but the code provided by Sky has not worked.
On checking with Paramount + Customer care they advised the code is invalid and Sky must provide me with a new one?
Has this has happened to anyone else, any idea how to get it resolved i.e. who should I contact in Sky to get a new code, us this even possible?

The offer is still available, must be redeemed by October.
In the small print it only refers to contacting Paramount if any issues arise. I followed that suggestion and received the instruction to contact Sky as the code provided in the offer was invalid.
There is no reference to an occurrence of an invalid code in the T&Cs unfortunately.

Thanks for sharing the link. I had found that earlier but came to the Community this evening as that service is not available again until Monday. I was wondering if someone had a similar issue and had it resolved or not.
A little patience required on my part I guess!! But would still like to hear from anyone who had a similar issue and to confirm if they were able to resolve the issue.

When I follow the link it provides a SMS and WhatsApp messaging option. These are only available from Mon to Fri.
I am based in the ROI, so wonder if you are UK based and might explain the difference?

Exactly the same here. Fell over at the payment stage last week. Tried again today and the link doesn't trigger an offer at all. Presumably they think it has been used.
Rang sky and they were useless. Forwigncalk centre had no idea what I was talking about and told me there was no such offer. Utterly useless.

Just tried to redeem the offer. Got through the acceptance stage and got an account registered. However when I went to fill in the credit card details it kicked me out. Tried a couple of times still with the same result. Eventually phoned my bank and they said that Paramount + is having issues with the credit cards of people in the U.K. just now . Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.
