Sky Upgrade

Does anyone know the best route to add UHD to my sky package? 

I have tried to do this on the app and then the Sky Q box but both bring up faults or say nothing in my inbox 

Is calling the only way, or os there a direct text / email service they offer to do this?

@RichJkip43Im at a loss as to what your enquiry has to do with Sky mobile(the section where you've posted).

That being said if you can't do it via the app or your box the you need to call.
