Sky Talk restricted though balance is zero

My Sky Talk has been restricted, ( I can't ring out on my landline). To my knowledge, I've never missed a payment to Sky and my current owed balance shows as £0.00. The autobot informed me no restrictions appear to be in place and offered to put me through to Live Chat before dying on me and shutting down. I'm getting desperate to talk to someone about this, but keep finding myself in automated loops which send a text that only leads me back into another automated loop. I don't understand this, I don't owe any money and never did. My Sky mobile and broadband services have remained unaffected so far. Please someone help if you can, thankyou.

Why do you say this because from what you have saod you are not restricted so why do you think you are as I take it your broadband is working ?

When I attempt to make a call on my landline, I instantly get a message from Sky telling me my account is restricted and would I like help in restoring that service. This is when I get caught in the loop.

If you login to your online account or the MySky app do you see the account restricted message ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
