Sky Returns
I've signed up for Sky full fiber broadband 30/10 and need to return my old equipment. I have got a reminder today about charges as I haven't managed to do it yet. Do I get 31 days before they charge? Thanks

It could be less than that @Purser1 of about a few weeks but even if you are charged as long as you get and keep proof of posting when you do return the equipment that the charge can be refunded and help can be arranged via here should the need arise.

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
