I've recently migrated to Sky Glass but then reverted back to Sky Q for multiple reasons of varying severity.
Sky have still sent the returns packaging and there's an "order tracking" on my account saying that the return is still in progress.
Can this be removed from my account as I believe it's causing the "unfortunately we can't complete your order online" message when attempting to view my products?
It would be quite useful to have my account brought up to date and have access to my product.

How quick did you cancel then return to Sky Q, are we taking days or a number of weeks or months ?

Had everything back to Sky Q within about 10 days
