Sky Q Connection

Trying to reschedule sky engineer to connect Sky Q. On accessing account, states no visit scheduled.

If you are sure you are signed in with the correct details you will have to give Sky a call and ask them to find you a different date and what you will be given will be when their is one available in your area.
