Sky Plus additional charges

The other day I queried  why my bill has a $10.00 a month charge for a Sky+ subscription, listed  under "Additional charges".  I do not have a TV package with Sky and use my sky+HD box to watch free view, I am not able to pause, rewind or record programs. I have incurred this charge at least as far back as October 2022.

I was informed that this was a problem for the backend team they gave me a reference number and told me to allow them 48hrs.

This conversation was an online - and between the AI chat bot, and the agents not having English as a first language it was like pulling teeth to get to this point. I haven't heard anything back yet but I'm unsure how to chase this up.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?

Im not sure how long it would take but they should then contact you about this.
