I'm extremely disappointed with @Skyuk. For the past 6 years, they've been charging me for a multiscreen service that I never requested and they never even provided the necessary hardware for! This is unacceptable and feels like criminal behavior. Charging customers for a service you can't or won't provide is outrageous. #SkyFail #ConsumerRights

Could this be a reason that you have multiscreen on your subscription. When Sky brought in the seperate UHD subscription the onus was on us customers to change the package

We aren't hearing the full story here. If you've been paying for Multiscreen for six years you will have renegotiated a discount on your 18 month contract at least 3 times and agreed to the offer provided.
Do you have any mini boxes?
Have you previously had mini boxes and returned them?
Do you watch Sky on other devices?
What have Sky said when you've called them?

@Daniel0210 many people don't renegotiate their contracts every 18 months🤔
They are on rolling contracts and pay the full subscription fees😟
Often they can't face the torture of getting through to talk to Sky CSs😥
What is worse they never check their Sky bills to see what they are paying for🤔

@richardboundy the bills on your account will have been listing your charges for last 6 six years... They can be accessed on your Sky device via your Sky account page🤔
You entered your discussion in the Sky Q discussion area ... have you always been a Sky Q subscriber?

Some Q customers will have a Multiscreen subscription to permit Sky viewing on gaming consoles and Apple TV boxes: Sky not providing hardware isn't conclusive.

@Laing1 That would make sense. Not sure I agree that the onus should be on the customer to change the packages. That's just sneaking extra charges through the back door. Very underhand.

@richardboundy being honest not sure how would Sky know you only wanted multiscreen to enable you to get UHD when the multiscreen subscription opens doors to many other things as already stated in other posts.
I would suggest you contact Sky and remove multiscreen and add the UHD subscription
I believe Sky can't change any packages without the consent of the customer
I can understand how you feel

Sky revised the bundle structure to remove the link between Multiscreen and UHD some years ago. It's now a separate add-on.
