Sure, I'm not saying I like it as I've been in the same position. I renegotiated a co-termination of 'in contract' dates.

Just to close this down and provide a solution to other people searching, I cancelled my contract and it ends Nov 2, the multiroom taken later did not matter according to Sky and I have nothing further to pay.
