Sky Marketplace Issue

I currently cannot use the App as my services are retricted. This seems to be because when I cancelled my Disney+ subscription I cancelled my recurring card payment too soon, so I owe a £7.99 payment. There is nowhere online for me to pay this and when I call Sky they either  say they don't know how to take payment for Marketplace or they cut me off. How can I make this payment so that I can use the App functionality again? I don't want to reinstate my subscription to Disney+, I just want to make one payment. Thanks

Do you pay through Sky, or directly to Disney+?

The £7.99 due should be included in your normal Sky bill, in that case.

It isn't though. I'm getting a message advising I need to make a payment, though my bill is showing as up to date. It specifically says the bill is for Marketplace, and when I call Sky they say they don't know how to take payments for Marketplace

It was a recurring card payment. I cancelled my subscription and cancelled the payment but I cancelled it to soon as the last payment hadn't taken yet. I want to make that payment but don't want to renew my subscription

Have you tried managing your subscription via the Markeplace on your Sky TV box? The advice here appears to be to update your payment method, and they'll attempt to take payment again.

I tried that. It made me re-instate my subscription. I did that and made a payment but is still says there is a payment owing, the one from when I cancelled the subscription previously. So I'm no further forward and now have a subscription I don't want

I'm out of ideas then. All you can do is follow it up with Sky and Disney.
