Sky Id

I've received my WiFi rooter today. However, had no email confirming my account number. Everytime I login to the sky app it's saying I'm not to main account holder. So when I try to set up my sky ID it's saying my account details ie my card number is correct even though it is.

If you are yet to set up an ID how are you logging into the app or do you have a TV service with Sky or are you a previous Sky customer who has returned ?
