Sky ID

Hi. I've had few issues activating Disney Plus through Sky so agent suggested to me We do a new Sky ID which they did so once I set up new one linked it I noticed that my Mobile account with missing & wouldn't link with new email but when I login to ID with username won't let me put new email in so now I have two Sky ID's with one for TV & Broadband other one for Sky Mobile but I do see on there my TV package but can't click on blue box how it's Grey out so how does this get fixed & mobile account has different email address

Ignoring Disney+ can you still has the old ID that has all your services on it inclusing Mobile ?

@caesarome Old ID just has Mobile and new ID has TV & Broadband but I had to do new username on here though how I go by on here as Scottish Claymore & I can login which is strange.

You might have to call Sky about this and ask to speak to their ID team as it all seems a bit of a mess as I'm not sure why that set up this new one for you.
