Sky ID viewing number expired

I'm trying to link my sky to mutv I have just bought a subscription through sky it is asking for my sky ID number , when I put it in it says my sky viewing card number has expired so I can't link it

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The chat bubble has disappeared now , I was on it but it kept saying I wasn't connected I was about to go through security and now I can't get back on

It should be at the bottom of the page as it was before so can you not see it ?

Did you not get this fixed last year when you posted about this and can you be clear on what you are trying to do ?
