Sky ID nightmare

I am having an absolute nightmare with my SKY ID, i have sky Q, sky broadband, sky talk, and sky mobile. 

 

I tried to purchase Sky Glass some months ago, and after 5 attempts, where they also took 5x deposits, we couldnt get the order actually processed, due to an account issue failing at the sending the contract to sign step. Basically the contract wouldnt come thru to my account, which led to sky getting me to set up numerous new sky ID's using different email addresses (various family members),  which then also failed. 

 

After that Saga, and about a week on the phone with sky experts I gave up on getting sky glass, but have since found that my Sky ID accounts are a mess, and i no longer have access to my sky mobile account. I understand sky mobile IDs cant be in the same account as the tv one etc but that shouldnt be an issue as i have another email address i can use.

I have contacted Sky customer services numerous times and now am just frustrated as i seem to be going round and round in a circle with them, i either get put on hold fromm the get go, which eventually cuts off, or i get forwarded to the wrong department 3x before being cut off.  The times i have successfully gotten thru to someone that tries to help, they never seem to have history of the problem, which means going thru the whole thing again, or they navigate me thru steps on my acccount to manage it, which again never work. The last one being to set up my mobile ID with a different ID, which for some reason as soon as i clicked the link sent thru, it automatically linked to my tv account. 

All i want is to completely clear all my sky ID accounts/emails, and re-link one email to my tv account, and one to my mobile account, as it was before they messed it up.

Sounds like a bit of a mess, probably made worse by the no doubt well-intentioned but ineffective attempts so far to put it right.

 

Unfortunately I think the only way to get it corrected is to persevere with the Sky ID team. You might want to raise a complaint to set out what has happened so far- may avoid having to go through it all again: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

A possible way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account.

Great Idea thanks.. one of the issues i found is having to constantly repeat the issue to new people on the phone who then in my opinion give up.. hence coming here to actually type it out haha (couldnt find anyway to type out a message to sky themselves).. will give that a go! thanks

Thats great thanks! do you by chance know if i fill in the form will it be easy enough to link up my email and reactivate a sky id for each account? Also not so sure on the forgotten username etc.. as i know from signing in with various email addresses (to the same account!) they appear as different sky id's.. but for some reason on the on that should be the master, i cant see other user ID's linked to the account where they should be listed.

I'm having similar problems trying to sign in to read emails. Sky passwords, id etc is sposlingly bad. You have my sympathies.
