Sky ID / Login Issues

New to Sky and all successfully set up with Sky Stream a week or so ago

 

My Sky account is also set up and linked, but i'm having issues where I cant access some of the account sections? 

 

Whether on desktop or the Sky app, when I login the first page that comes up is "Lets find your account - enter postcode" and even if I do that, it can't find anything and says error. 

 

But, I can then just click on the left-hand menu and go to my details/products/orders etc, and everything is there just fine. 

 

But the problem arises again when i try to go to My account & billing, it says Page Restricted. 

 

  • I can't get past the login page on the app so i've deleted the app as it's useless to me, everything says "Page Restricted ⚠" 

 

Can anyone at Sky help?
