Sky ID/ Account issues

Hi everyone, 

 

New to Sky and all successfully set up with Sky Stream & Broadband a few days ago 😊

 

My Sky account is also set up and linked, but i'm having strange issues where it's like it's not linked ? 

 

Whether on desktop or the Sky app, when I login the first page that comes up is "Lets find your account - enter postcode" and even if I do that, it can't find anything and says error. 

 

But, I can then just click on the left-hand menu and go to my details/products/orders etc, and everything is there just fine. 

 

But the problem arises again when i try to go to My account & billing, it says Page Restricted. I also had a random text message from Sky yesterday saying "We no longer hold payment details" and to follow the link to update, then when I did it clearly showed my new Direct Debit details are there just fine...! 

 

  • So I technically can but also can't use my account, and can't get past the login page on the app so i've deleted the app as it's useless to me, everything says "Page Restricted ⚠" and it's all driving me mad 😂😂

 

Anyone at Sky help a girl out here?
