Hi I don't know my sky id number to make an account on the app I have just purchased sky but need to see if I can get a engineer cancellation

To log in to your Sky ID you need email address and password you used when you bought your Sky products.

Your account is linked to your Sky ID by its account number. That may be included in any correspondence you've had from Sky. If not, you might need to call to ask for it.
