Hello,
I have paid for my sky glass bill on 28th February it is showing as in credit and not off my bill! I can see that amount taken from my bank and sky are trying to recover the bill price again as it has been put in to credit not off my bill. Any help?

You're in the Sky Q section, probably worth moving this to Accounts and Billing.

Did you pay this bill manually yourself when you have a payment method setup like a direct debit ?

As you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a payment as you have done. What should happen now is a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment returned you will need to contact Sky, the repayment will take 3-5 business days.

Yes the bill will still be paid via your payment method but afterwards due to it being paid twice the credit should appear so next months bill will be paid by it. So going forward you do not need to make any payment yourself as it will be taken automatically each month.
