Sky Gigafast charges

Hi All,

I have had sky gigafast broadband for about a year now and its running great. However when i checked my account online it comes with broadband boost and talk anytime extra included. When i check the actual bill my broadband is £61 and I am charged a further £7.50 for broadband boost and £17 for talk anytime extra. should this not be included or am i reading this wrong. any advise would be great.

Both are optional add-ons, and neither is included in the broadband subscription even with gigabit FTTP.

You may see 'Sky Talk Internet Calls' listed as a free service, but that doesn't have any inclusive outbound calls (which by default have an unpleasantly high cost per minute)

Hi All,

I contacted sky about my entire package, TV, BB, Mobile.

I have now got a new contract for all of my products. BB boost and Call anytime have been removed

So i have managed to save £100 a month. Thanks for the help.
