Sky Customer Service Rubbish

Need help! I upgraded my broadband to the 300 Fibre as my sky internet was always slow and even paid the extra for WiFi max. Someone came to install the broadband wire and said it would go live. It never did it is still red but thank fully I am still connected to the old one but it is extremely slow and the app tells me there is something wrong. I tried resetting the hub and doing service checks and going through the app steps. The app has no updates, no way of online chat and no one answers and the line keeps saying "sorry we are now closed. Our opening hours are 9am - 9pm."  I have called 4 times. At the timings of 10am, 11:48am, 1:06pm and 2:15pm. All within those hours. This is really rubbish service! 

I know now that I will get an automated reply from a robot instead of a real person.
