Sky Contract not updated

I had taken sky initially for £31 where services need to start on 31st Dec 2025.

 

However, I had reached out to sky on 28th Dec(Before contract stareted) requesting for cancellation as I would get £70 discount when I go through my office.After a lengthy conversation the sky associate reached out to his multiple managers and assured me that he can give £25 per month for the same broadband speed . As it was a good deal , I had accepted the same and requested for a revised contract, for which assiciate informed it will be automatically updated when the subscription starts on 31st Dec 2025 and never received a revised contract.

**Associate even informed he has entered what ever I discussed in the comments****

 

Then I had reached out again on below mentioned dates and done a followup, where I was told raising a tikcet to hear the conversation and will get bake in 10-15 working days.

 

I had even asked to raise complaints but were never addressed.I have one compalin number handy which I had raised on 11th March with ref number and assiociate i had discused with

 

12th Feb 2026

11th March 2026

31st March 2026

 

I had even sumitted a online submission form but no response
