So p**** of. so I called to see if I can get my bill cut down. that they did and got told the Broadband Admin Fee and Offer Administration Fee. will be taken off but it's not so I called again and been told I have to pay the full amount. So what will happen if I don't?

Your services would be restricted and late payment fees would be added for starters.
As this was negotiated over the phone call Sky again, tell them what was agreed and they'll be able to listen back on the original call. If the agreement was no admin fees they should honour that. if they don't then submit a complaint
