Sky Account broke

My sky account has been broken since I upgraded my handset and downgraded my sky mobile plan. Try to actually find someone human to talk to

has to be the most frustrating thing iv ever done. 

I just want my account fixing.

In what way is it broken, what happens when you access or try to access it ?

Says my SkyID is not

linked then takes me through the linking process and states it's already linked 🤯

If it says your account is already linked then you need to be logged in with your main primary ID as it appears you be be logged in with the wrong one.
