Signal issue

I've got an issue with my signal and have an engineer coming out 28th August, how do I go about getting some compensation as I have no tv till then.

Once the issue has been fixed you would have to speak to Sky to see if they will apply any credit to your account as while they are under no obligation to the chances are they will do so to cover the period you have had no service.

There is no compensation scheme for TV services unlike broadband and Sky Talk landline. 

I presume you have Sky Q (as Sky won't send an engineer for Sky+ issues). 

Once it's fixed call Sky and see if they will apply a credit to your Sky account for the period you've been without full service.
