Shocking Customer Service

Hi folks,

 

just wondered if anyone else had issues with sky customer services?

 

Booked Engineer didn't show up today 09/04/25 when I phoned back the guy on the phone said it was done via a 3rd party and had no idea where he was.

 

Had sky guy on the phone hang up the phone on me when I asked to speak to a manager - as I was querying costs on my bill.

 

Also been told bluntly no movement on bills despite having phone, broadband, full sky package and mobiles.

 

Also seems that everyone on the phone tells  you different things and different excuses.

 

sky used to be a great company but seems like customer service is non existant comically really that I know people who pay less then me for the same package but they don't believe me.

 

you would think with people using dodgy hacked sticks these days that sky would be trying to help and look after loyal customers.

 

For what it's worth bt was £62 per month cheaper than sky is and that's including getting tnt sports which I don't have.
