Settling early termination charge when switching to Sky

Sky agreed to settle my early termination charges when switching broadband from Plusnet to Sky. I have no received the charge from Plusnet, so how do I forward this to Sky for settlement? Or will Sky just refund me - how do I forwrd the charge?

@arfie

You, the customer pays the early termination fees to your previous provider and Sky subsequently reimburse you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account.

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

You must provide a copy of the bill from Plusnet where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
