Setting up new TV Broadband account
How do you set up an account when the site asks for previous address which is in the US and the site will not accept the postcode?

Yes, I am trying to set up a new account for high speed internet and TV shows to be viewed on my computer not on a TV.
The challenge is SKy's website requires a previous address. The field for the post code only accepts a UK address. I have a U.S. postcode not a UK one. Therefore the system will not let me proceed to order a new account.
They don't answer their phone and they do have a live person on their website to help. Extremely frustrating and no customer service.
How do I purchase a 12 month subscription?

Sky's TV service is not computer based as it is via a TV.
As you can't place the order online all you can do is to call them instead.
Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
